For our second Urban Legend of October, we discuss the story of the Goatman's Bridge in Denton, Texas. Also known as the Old Alton Bridge, this 145 foot-long wooden bridge is said to be the home of a demonic figure known as the Goatman. Many visitors and thrill seekers have recounted their various paranormal experiences, telling terrifying tales of an eight foot tall entity that stalks the woods around the bridge. But do the legends have any truth? And would you dare to stand on bridge and say his name?
